The panel consists of a spruce or poplar slat core that has been kiln-dried and selected to remove major defects. It is then covered with two layers of rotary-cut poplar veneer, ensuring structural strength.

It is available with two outer veneer layers (3-layer composition) or four outer veneer layers (5-layer composition).
